El viaje fue bueno, pero hubo un retraso en el envío del billete por correo electrónico. El viaje en barco era a la 1.40 y el billete no se envió por correo electrónico hasta las 2.20. Fue la eficiencia del personal en el embarcadero lo que nos ayudó a embarcar.

El paseo en barco fue un comienzo de día muy tranquilo, con unas vistas increíbles de Estambul desde el mar. Visitamos Heybeliada y Buyukada, cada una con su propio encanto. Nuestro guía fue muy informativo y amable, lo que facilitó mucho las cosas. El almuerzo en el restaurante de la isla fue delicioso, y agradecí que nos recogieran y dejaran en el hotel sin complicaciones.

Compramos un billete de ida y vuelta con el ferry a las islas del príncipe en Estambul, pero sólo pudimos utilizar el código qr en el trayecto de ida porque el escáner de billetes dijo que el código qr ya se había leído cuando intentamos escanearlo de nuevo a la vuelta. Tuvimos que comprar nuevos billetes en el mostrador -en efectivo, gracias a Dios que llevábamos algo-, no había forma de validar el único código qr que habíamos recibido dos veces. Nos pareció una estafa, toda la experiencia nos hizo entrar un poco en pánico, tuvimos que gastar más dinero y nos retrasaron los horarios. No esperaba que esta empresa descuidara este tipo de detalles que son fundamentales para todo el recorrido del cliente. Estuvimos bastante disgustados todo el día.

El lugar indicado en la hoja de información no es el mismo que el indicado después en el billete. En consecuencia, sólo pude coger el barco de ida y el de vuelta.

Went with my wife. First ferry was PACKED, barely found a seat, but once on the island, it’s so peaceful. We ended up skipping the group lunch and found a small seafood place instead. Pricey but fish was super fresh. Nice little escape.

We took our 6yo twins and they looooved the ferry ride! I was a bit nervous about crowds but it wasn’t too bad on a weekday. Maybe bring snacks, lunch was just ok for picky eaters. Rented a little cart on the second island, the kids thought it was hilarious. Staff helped us with stroller. Would recommend, but try to avoid weekends.

Nice escape from the city. Boat ride was a bit long, and not suuuper comfy, but once you’re on the islands, it’s totally different from the bustle of Istanbul. We cycled a bit, had some fish by the water (expensive, but tasty). Would suggest bringing water bottle, prices on the islands are high.

Took this trip with my boyfriend and honestly, we both LOVED it! The ferry was busy but we grabbed seats on the top deck (bring a light jacket—windy up there!). Our guide, Murat, was super chill, pointed out random stuff I’d never notice. The islands themselves are peaceful, no cars buzzing around, and had the best pistachio baklava at some tiny bakery on the second stop. We rented bikes, but the gears were kinda wonky, so check before you pedal off! The lunch was decent, nothing fancy but filled us up. Would do it again for sure.

This was a highlight of my Istanbul trip! The boat ride was chill, staff gave us tea, and the guide shared cool island stories. Biked around, found a tiny bookstore, and sat by the sea for an hour. I’d totally do this again, maybe even stay overnight next time.

Personal amable, tour agradable, pero a la vuelta después de desembarcar del barco, el traslado al hotel fue muy malo porque tuvimos que andar mucho hasta las furgonetas que estaban aparcadas delante de una tienda/fábrica de ropa de cuero y aún tuvimos que esperar mucho para salir porque nos querían vender chaquetas, abrigos y demás....

¡¡Qué estafa!! Ni siquiera sé por dónde empezar. No malgastéis vuestro dinero y reservéis esta excursión. El barco estaba absolutamente lleno y aunque había niños y ancianos a bordo, el personal decidió convertirlo en un barco de fiesta. Empezó a las 10 de la mañana y dos tipos que querían hacer de DJ pusieron la música tan alta que no podías mantener una conversación con la persona que tenías al lado. Las dos primeras islas fueron una pérdida de tiempo, ya que no había nada que hacer o ver. Sólo la última isla merecía la pena, pero hay que coger el ferry y pasar allí un par de horas. La comida era generalizada, a pesar de que soy vegetariana y tengo requisitos dietéticos relacionados con la salud, era arroz, cubierto con un poco de pollo, pasta y una ensalada. A todo el mundo le dieron lo mismo, sin hacer preguntas. Así como cada mesa acaba de obtener dos botellas de Coca Cola, a pesar de que la mitad de nuestra mesa no beber eso. Para todo lo demás que quieras en el viaje, tienes que pagar. ¡Qué pérdida de dinero y de tiempo!

El guía turístico "angloparlante" no era comprensible. El audio estaba roto o estropeado, y había constantes problemas técnicos. La comida no era buena. El postre estaba rancio. No me gustó pagar 4,39 USD por una lata de Coca-Cola. El ajetreo del final fue desconcertante: hacer caminar a paso ligero a un barco lleno de clientes por una autopista muy transitada y luego serpentear por una estrecha acera llena de coches durante varios cientos de metros con mucho calor y humedad. Aunque a mí, como joven, me parecía bien, era inseguro para las personas mayores. ¿Y todo eso para convencernos de que "compráramos" artículos de cuero, etc.? Apartando a la gente de sus mesas cuando terminaban de comer. Nos cambiaron el mantel mientras una mesa de seis todavía estaba sentada. Entiendo que hay una barrera lingüística, pero dado que se trata de la industria del turismo, ¿no podría haberse comunicado alguien? En cambio, yo habría pagado más por la calidad; esto era inferior en todo. El paseo por las islas fue agradable. El paseo en barco en sí es bastante bonito. El fotógrafo fue divertido.

Muy buena experiencia. Los guías turísticos y el resto del personal fueron muy serviciales, amables, hospitalarios e informativos, lo que hizo que el viaje fuera más interesante. Muy recomendable.

La experiencia general de poder visitar las islas fue buena. Pero la comida no era nada buena.... No se entendía lo que decía el guía en inglés.

Primero, es una estafa, no compres ninguna tu guía de las princesas y hazlo tu mismo, mucho más barato y mejor. Abajo detalles: * pic y la historia te habla de princesas y una isla con caballos y sin coches. Esta prohibida la visita de turistas. * La calidad de la comida es muy baja. * No se ofrecen refrescos, hay que comprarlos. * no oyes nada del guia porque usan un altavoz de baja calidad para un barco grande, y no oyes nada en absoluto.

Ha sido la excursión más sencilla y con la mejor relación calidad-precio que he encontrado en mucho tiempo. Reservé en línea y pagué por el viaje la tarde antes del viaje, y a los pocos minutos de pago recibí la confirmación de la reserva de headout. Alrededor de una hora más tarde recibí la comunicación de All Tours Estambul con respecto a los detalles de la lanzadera de recogida. Me quedé muy impresionado por la rapidez de todo. Nuestro grupo de 6 estaba listo a las 7:45 am según el correo electrónico solicitado, a las 8 am el conductor del autobús estaba fuera del hotel y entró en el vestíbulo para recogernos. Hubo otras paradas para otros pasajeros en el camino, lo que nos llevó otra hora y media, pero no nos importó en absoluto, ya que pudimos ver más de la ciudad durante el trayecto. Finalmente llegamos al barco, nos dieron la bienvenida y nos sentamos. Todas las personas del barco y de All tours eran profesionales, amables y serviciales. El crucero fue agradable, con bebidas y aperitivos disponibles (aunque caros). Atracamos en Heybeliada y tuvimos una hora para echar un vistazo. El tiempo era perfecto y nos encantó todo. Volvimos al barco para cruzar a Buyukada e inmediatamente nos sentaron para un almuerzo encantador (todos lo disfrutamos). En Buyukada estuvimos unas 2,5 horas en la isla para disfrutar de las vistas, las ofertas e incluso fumar un poco de shisha. Subimos al barco a las 15:30 y partimos hacia tierra firme. Una vez más, el personal de All Tours Istanbul fue muy organizado, nos agrupó por hoteles y nos puso en nuestros respectivos autobuses. Nos dejaron en nuestro hotel sobre las 18:30. Definitivamente lo recomendaría, pero tengo que decir que los tours son ejecutados por All Tours Estambul e hicieron un trabajo fantástico.

Nos encantó el viaje, las vistas, pero la calidad de la comida estuvo por debajo de la media. Nuestros guías turísticos no nos dieron suficiente tiempo en la isla. El resto estuvo bien.

El traslado fue muy largo. Tuvimos que ir a otro hotel y esperar mucho tiempo al autobús de enlace. El autobús de traslado dio un largo rodeo a otros hoteles. Si lo hubiéramos sabido, habríamos llegado por nuestra cuenta o en taxi. Teníamos que llegar a tiempo para salir a las 9.30. El barco no salió hasta las 10.00. El barco no salió hasta las 10.30. Sólo estuvimos una hora en la primera isla y dos horas en la segunda. No fue tiempo suficiente para ir a ninguna parte de la isla porque nos preocupaba volver al barco a tiempo. Era demasiado dinero alquilar una bicicleta para tan poco tiempo y era demasiado montañosa para explorarla en bicicleta (especialmente en tan poco tiempo). Se suponía que la experiencia incluía una visita guiada. No hubo visita guiada de la isla y la poca información que se dio en el barco era limitada y difícil de entender. Nos sirvieron un almuerzo muy normal en el barco, donde estábamos hacinados con todos los demás pasajeros al estilo cantina. Habría sido mejor idea almorzar en la isla, al menos habría algo que hacer allí en el poco tiempo disponible. Estoy seguro de que la información del viaje decía que volveríamos sobre las 18:00 y que el viaje duraría todo el día. En lugar de eso, salimos sobre las 15.00 horas.

Me encantó el tour, pero odié la forma en que nos atrapó para ir a la tienda de cuero / tienda de moda antes de que pudiéramos coger nuestro transporte de regreso al hotel.
