Il viaggio è stato buono, ma c'è stato un ritardo nell'invio del biglietto via e-mail a me.Il viaggio in barca era alle 1.40 e il biglietto è stato inviato solo alle 2.20.È stata l'efficienza del personale al molo che ci ha aiutato all'imbarco.

Il giro in barca è stato un inizio di giornata così tranquillo, con una vista straordinaria di Istanbul dal mare. Abbiamo visitato sia Heybeliada che Buyukada, ognuna con il suo fascino. La nostra guida è stata molto informata e amichevole, rendendo tutto più semplice. Il pranzo al ristorante dell'isola è stato delizioso e ho apprezzato il servizio di prelievo e consegna dell'hotel senza problemi.

Abbiamo acquistato un biglietto di andata e ritorno con il traghetto per le isole del principe a Istanbul, ma abbiamo potuto utilizzare il codice qr solo all'andata perché lo scanner dei biglietti diceva che il codice qr era già stato letto quando abbiamo provato a scansionarlo di nuovo al ritorno. Abbiamo dovuto acquistare nuovi biglietti allo sportello - in contanti, grazie a Dio ne avevamo un po' con noi - non c'era modo di convalidare l'unico codice qr che avevamo ricevuto due volte. Ci è sembrata una truffa, l'intera esperienza ci ha gettato nel panico, abbiamo dovuto spendere di più e abbiamo subito ritardi negli orari. Non mi aspettavo che questa azienda trascurasse questo tipo di dettagli che sono fondamentali per l'intero percorso del cliente. Eravamo piuttosto arrabbiati per questo per tutto il giorno!

Il luogo indicato nel foglio informativo non corrisponde a quello indicato successivamente sul biglietto. Di conseguenza, sono riuscito a prendere solo il battello di andata e quello di ritorno.

We took our 6yo twins and they looooved the ferry ride! I was a bit nervous about crowds but it wasn’t too bad on a weekday. Maybe bring snacks, lunch was just ok for picky eaters. Rented a little cart on the second island, the kids thought it was hilarious. Staff helped us with stroller. Would recommend, but try to avoid weekends.

Took this trip with my boyfriend and honestly, we both LOVED it! The ferry was busy but we grabbed seats on the top deck (bring a light jacket—windy up there!). Our guide, Murat, was super chill, pointed out random stuff I’d never notice. The islands themselves are peaceful, no cars buzzing around, and had the best pistachio baklava at some tiny bakery on the second stop. We rented bikes, but the gears were kinda wonky, so check before you pedal off! The lunch was decent, nothing fancy but filled us up. Would do it again for sure.

This was a highlight of my Istanbul trip! The boat ride was chill, staff gave us tea, and the guide shared cool island stories. Biked around, found a tiny bookstore, and sat by the sea for an hour. I’d totally do this again, maybe even stay overnight next time.

Personale gentile, tour piacevole, ma al ritorno, dopo lo sbarco dalla nave, il trasferimento all'hotel è stato pessimo perché abbiamo dovuto camminare a lungo fino ai furgoni che erano parcheggiati davanti a un negozio/fabbrica di abbigliamento in pelle e abbiamo dovuto aspettare ancora molto per uscire perché volevano venderci giacche, cappotti e simili...

Che truffa!!! Non so nemmeno da dove cominciare. Non sprecate i vostri soldi e prenotate questo tour! La barca era assolutamente piena e anche se c'erano bambini e anziani a bordo, il personale ha deciso di trasformarla in una barca da festa. La partenza è stata alle 10 del mattino e due ragazzi, che volevano provare a fare i DJ, hanno sparato musica così alta che non si riusciva a conversare con la persona accanto. Le prime due isole sono state una perdita di tempo, perché non c'era nulla da fare o da vedere. Solo l'ultima isola valeva la pena di essere visitata, ma prendete il traghetto e trascorrete un paio d'ore piacevoli. Il cibo era generico, anche se sono vegetariana e ho esigenze dietetiche legate alla salute, era riso, condito con un po' di pollo, pasta e insalata. Tutti hanno preso lo stesso, senza fare domande. Inoltre, ogni tavolo ha ricevuto due bottiglie di Coca Cola, anche se metà del nostro tavolo non la beveva. Per tutto ciò che si desidera durante il viaggio, bisogna pagare. Che spreco di soldi e di tempo!

La guida turistica "di lingua inglese" non era comprensibile. L'audio era rotto o saltato e c'erano continui problemi tecnici. Il cibo non era buono. Il deserto era stantio. Non mi è piaciuto pagare 4,39 dollari per una lattina di Coca Cola. La confusione alla fine è stata sconcertante: una nave carica di avventori ha attraversato di corsa un'autostrada trafficata e poi si è inerpicata su uno stretto marciapiede pieno di auto per diverse centinaia di metri, con un caldo e un'umidità elevati. Se per me, in quanto giovane, andava bene, per le persone più anziane non era sicuro. E tutto questo per indurci a "comprare" articoli in pelle, ecc. Hanno fatto allontanare le persone dai loro tavoli quando hanno finito di pranzare. Ci hanno cambiato la tovaglia mentre un tavolo di sei persone era ancora seduto. Capisco che ci sia una barriera linguistica, ma dato che si tratta di un'industria turistica, non si poteva comunicare? Avrei invece pagato di più per la qualità; questa era inferiore in tutto. La passeggiata sulle isole è stata piacevole. Il giro in barca è molto bello. Il fotografo è stato divertente.

Un'esperienza molto positiva. Le guide turistiche e il personale sono stati molto disponibili, gentili, ospitali e informativi, rendendo il viaggio più interessante. Lo consiglio vivamente.

L'esperienza complessiva di visitare le isole è stata buona. Ma il cibo non era affatto buono.... Nessuno riusciva a capire quello che diceva la guida in inglese

In primo luogo, si tratta di una truffa, non comprate la vostra guida alle principesse e fatela da soli, molto più economica e migliore. Di seguito i dettagli: * la foto e la storia raccontano di principesse e di un'isola con cavalli e senza auto. È stato vietato ai turisti di visitarla. * La qualità del cibo è molto bassa * Non vengono offerte bevande analcoliche, bisogna comprarle. * non si sente nulla dalla guida perché usano un altoparlante di bassa qualità per una grande barca, e non si sente nulla.

Questo è stato il tour più indolore e con il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo che mi sia capitato di incontrare da un po' di tempo a questa parte! Ho prenotato online e pagato il viaggio il pomeriggio prima del viaggio, e nel giro di pochi minuti dal pagamento ho ricevuto la conferma della prenotazione da headout. Circa un'ora dopo ho ricevuto una comunicazione da parte di All Tours Istanbul riguardo ai dettagli della navetta per il prelievo. Sono rimasto molto colpito dalla tempestività di tutto. Il nostro gruppo di 6 persone era pronto alle 7:45, come richiesto nell'e-mail, e alle 8:00 l'autista del bus era fuori dall'hotel ed è venuto a prenderci nella hall. Ci sono state altre fermate per altri passeggeri del tour lungo il percorso, che hanno richiesto un'altra ora e mezza, ma non ci è dispiaciuto affatto perché abbiamo avuto modo di vedere più cose della città durante il viaggio. Alla fine abbiamo raggiunto la barca e siamo stati accolti a bordo e fatti accomodare. Tutti i membri della barca e di All tours sono stati professionali, cordiali e disponibili. La crociera è stata piacevole, con bevande e snack disponibili (anche se costosi). Abbiamo attraccato a Heybeliada e abbiamo avuto un'ora per guardarci intorno. Il tempo era perfetto e ci è piaciuto tutto. Siamo risaliti sulla barca per andare a Buyukada e siamo stati immediatamente fatti accomodare per un delizioso pranzo (che tutti abbiamo apprezzato). A Buyukada abbiamo avuto a disposizione circa 2,5 ore sull'isola per ammirare i panorami, goderci le offerte e fumare un po' di shisha. Siamo saliti a bordo della barca alle 15:30 e siamo prontamente partiti per la terraferma. Ancora una volta il personale di All Tours Istanbul è stato molto organizzato, ci ha raggruppato per hotel e ci ha fatto salire sui rispettivi autobus. Siamo stati riaccompagnati al nostro hotel verso le 18:30. Lo consiglierei sicuramente, ma devo dire che i tour sono eseguiti da All Tours Istanbul e hanno fatto un lavoro fantastico.

Ci è piaciuto molto il viaggio, i panorami, ma la qualità dei pasti era inferiore alla media. Le nostre guide turistiche non ci hanno concesso abbastanza tempo sull'isola. Per il resto tutto è andato bene.

Il trasferimento è stato molto lungo. Abbiamo dovuto andare in un altro hotel e aspettare a lungo il bus di trasferimento. L'autobus per il trasferimento ha fatto una lunga deviazione verso altri hotel. Se lo avessimo saputo, ci saremmo arrivati da soli o avremmo preso un taxi. Dovevamo arrivare in tempo per la partenza alle 9.30. La barca è partita solo alle 10.30. Abbiamo avuto a disposizione solo un'ora per la prima isola e due ore per la seconda. Non c'era abbastanza tempo per andare da qualche parte sull'isola perché eravamo preoccupati di tornare alla barca in tempo. Era troppo costoso noleggiare una bicicletta per un tempo così breve e l'isola era troppo collinosa per essere esplorata in bicicletta (soprattutto in così poco tempo). L'esperienza avrebbe dovuto includere una visita guidata. Non c'è stata alcuna visita guidata dell'isola e le poche informazioni fornite sulla barca erano limitate e difficili da capire. Il pranzo è stato servito in modo molto mediocre sulla barca, dove eravamo schiacciati con tutti gli altri passeggeri in stile mensa. Sarebbe stata un'idea migliore pranzare sull'isola, almeno ci sarebbe stato qualcosa da fare nel poco tempo a disposizione. Sono sicuro che le informazioni sul viaggio ci descrivono il ritorno alle 18.00 circa e che il viaggio sarebbe durato tutto il giorno. Invece siamo partiti alle 15.00 circa.

Il tour ci è piaciuto molto, ma abbiamo odiato il modo in cui ci avete costretti ad andare al negozio di pelletteria/moda prima di poter prendere il nostro mezzo di trasporto per tornare all'hotel.
