The ticket it´s great! But there is a minus - At Dolmbache Palace we were asked to leave a deposit of €100 in cash, per person, to have the audioguide. As we were 5, it would be a deposit of €500 in cash! Ridiculous And we did not had the audioguide that is very necessary, as there is no information, anywhere in the palace and you cannot take pictures for you to remember the places and surch afterwords.

I liked the mosque very much but we could only visit the upper part because the lower part is reserved only for Muslim worshippers. This was not clear: I knew it was a mosque but I was not clear that it could not be visited.

Mega Pass = less stress. We fit sooo much sightseeing in a few days. Kids loved the cruise (got splashed a bit, lol). Would for sure buy again.

Did the Mega Pass with my girlfriend and wow, such a TIME SAVER. Skipped like 3 huge lines in one day. The digital pass was a bit glitchy first try but after that, smooth sailing. Loved the Bosphorus cruise (sunset was EPIC!). If you’re into history, Topkapi is a must, but bring water, it gets warm in the afternoon. Would totally do again.

Did the full pass solo. Ended up making friends in the group and exploring together. Loved the stories the guide shared. My only regret—not starting earlier in the day!

Mega Pass made our trip soooo much easier. Had a super enthusiastic guide for the Blue Mosque tour. Even my dad, who’s not into history, enjoyed it. Wear socks, you gotta take your shoes off a lot!

Took my mom and she LOVED it. The Mega Pass included like everything she wanted to see (she’s big on palaces and mosques). Our guide, think his name was Cem, told fun stories—mom still talks about him. Bring comfy shoes, there’s a lot of walking! Weather was perfect too.

Used the Mega Pass for a quick girls’ getaway. No waiting in line, which meant more time for shopping. Our guide was super fun and gave us good restaurant recs.

Took my parents, who don’t speak English well. The guide switched between English and Turkish, which was SO thoughtful. Mega Pass made everything simple.

I thought the value was phenomenal. We were able to do all that the tickets included except the whirling dervish show. The etickets and skip the line worked very well. The only disappointment was the dinner show and cruise which was awful all around. The meal was mediocre, as expected. The show, what little we saw of it, was nothing special. The guests all crowded around the performers, so no one else could see. They did have a video of it but it was very grainy. If I had wanted to see a video of it I could have done so at home. And everyone was smoking despite the signs forbidding it. I got home and had to shower and was the clothes. If you want to see all the hihglights of Istanbul and are willing to cram lots of activites into a few day, this is definitely a great deal.

Traveling with two small kids—Mega Pass was a godsend. No waiting in long lines with cranky toddlers. Guides were super patient, even when my son asked a million questions. Highly recommend for families!

Bought the Mega Pass for my parents (60s) and they had a blast. Said the guides were patient and made history fun, even for my dad who usually just wants to sit at cafes. No issues with the digital pass.

The tour to the Hagia Sofia and Blue mosque and Bascillica Cistern were great. The Bosphorus ferry was a total mess.very disorganized and way too much walking. Why can't you limit the size of the group. The tour guide couldnt control such a large group. No one could hear him. No one knew they had to go to the online desk to get a cruise ticket. People were just running wildly to try to keep up with him. Very unruly. That's the reason we gave an average rating.

Everything was great!! The organization was perfect and all guides were super nice! The whole experience was super interesting thanks to the great tour guides and all the great stories they told us. It was definitely worth it.

In the information provided a wrong meeting point was mentioned. The guide in Aya Sofia, as opposed to the guide in Topkapi, didn't use headphones which made it difficult to follow what he was telling as it was very crowded.

The guides were fantastic and knew a lot of information. Very structured, understandable. We really enjoyed the tour with them and recommend it to many other travellers.

The courtesy and preparation of the operators Less satisfactory was the "skip the line" aspect: Maybe we had too many of them ... it was longer than the normal line.

So glad we booked Headout. We could turn up whenever it suited us over the 3 day period and could literally get on the next tour which was never long to wait. If the group was too big they split it and provided an extra guide. The Haghia Sophia and Topkapi Palace were such busy and confusing venues that we wouldn't have had a clue where to go without our guides. They were knowledgeable and we had pointed out hundreds of things with fascinating stories that we would have missed. Staff were really friendly and informative. Well done Headout!!

Hagia Sofia is an beautiful place. The sights and history of the place are breathtaking and overwhelming. I loved it.

The whole 2-day ticket system was great. We mostly appreciated the skipping of queues, the factual and interesting interpretation of the guide.

We booked this tour very last minute and it worked out very well. Saw all three places described and entered with ease. Our tour guide Mark was Very Informative, had time to see the places with ease. Ear pieces worked out well too. The cost for all was worth it too.

I loved that we skipped the line. I already knew lines would be long for some of the sites and that alone made the tour worth it. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and anticipated most of our questions. There was only one criticism; the headsets used to communicate. They were uncomfortable and fell in and out of reception easily. Mostly because of the restrictions of the city, but also, I think, because of the quality of the headset. But other that that, The tour was worth the price.

Mehmet, the guide, was very clear in his explanations and instructions. We had plenty of time to explore the 3 attractions without being rushed. Great value for money.

The tour was amazing, detailed and it also included much needed breaks for water, coffee or just resting a bit. The crowds were ok for this time of year, not too many people, but either way, there was more than enough time to visit and see everything there was to see. It was really nice that we got to visit during one of the prayer times and saw a glimpse of what it means, with the full explanation from our guide. Be warned: you need to walk a lot, as is to be expecteeld, but I totally recommend this tour

Knowledgeable and helpful guide. Visited three good sites. It was very hot - so would have preferred shorter history lessons and to have moved through the three locations quicker.

First of all, our tour guide Ms. "Kiss". She was amazing! Loud, clear, knowledgable, and clearly passionate about her job. All 3 locations were spectacular in different ways. I highly recommend this tour!

Booking a tour was the best thing we did, our guide Ali was great and made the whole tour much more relevant and interesting. Skip the Line tickets make a huge difference and I would highly recommend them.

The tour ran like clockwork. Our guide, Michael, was in the expected place and knowledgeably took the group to each of the three historic locations, explained their context and interesting and historical details. We were allowed our own time in each location before meeting back at an agreed place for the next stop on the tour. No real queues in the 4th week of June on a 1pm booking, but great to skip lines on this tour where possible. Apparently the rules have changes in the Hagia Sophia allowing guides to take visitors around the 2nd level which meant that Michael could explain the Christian and Muslim iconography in this exceptional 6th century building. Ticketing through Headout was easy and predictable.

Our guide (Matar?) was super informative. His delivery was relaxed, belying the fact that he has undoubtedly given the same dozens of times prior to our group. He allowed adequate time at each location for us to walk around before moving on to the next site. I would definitely recommend this excursion to anyone interested in knowing about the history of istanbul.

The guide Ali, was incredibly knowledgeable - his guiding added real depth to each of the three sights and he was able to take care of us well, preparing us for any practical arrangements e.g. dress codes, queuing, meeting places, toilets etc.. these details are important! The Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern and Hagia Sophia were fascinating and beautiful places to visit and worth doing with a guide lest you miss key details. I'd do the trip all over again if given the opportunity and the wonderful guide.

Wonderful places not to be missed! The guide was able to pick us things not described in normal guidebooks!I recommend doing it in the morning to find fewer people!

The trip was amazing, we got a perfect view of all the attractions and our team had the privilege of learning so much about the city through the audio. My favorite was definitely when we crossed the bridge to the Asian side of Turkey. The views were beautiful!!😍

The price of the tickets is too expensive. It was good but I don't think the price is right. It is not worth paying for the night pass.

These tickets worked really well for us. The lines were long and they made the process much easier. I have used them before in other places and they have always been great. Highly recommended!

The Basilica Cistern is a must see highlight in Istanbul and an amazing example of Roman engineering enhanced through visionary architecture - built as a functional water storage tank, is is now a living museum of Roman ingenuity and the addition of public access facilities such as walkways, has been very tastefully done and does not detract from the historical awe of this incredible space - best of all, was the seamless booking of our entrance tickets through Headout, which enabled us to avoid the long line on a hot and humid day !

Quick and easy. No problems to visit the Basilica Cistern. No need to wait to purchase tickets (there was a long line). Thanks :)

Loved the eerie beauty of the Basilica Cistern! The Medusa heads were fascinating, but I wish there was more info on-site. The skip-the-line tickets were a lifesaver!

The process to order my ticket online for the basilica cisterns was very simple and user friendly! I was able to show my QR code with simplicity.

It was really magnificent, I loved it. It was like being transported back in time, it was really incredible to see, with the lighting, the atmosphere, the pillars, everything!

The skip the line, line was super fast. We walked right in. It was just to the right of the regular line. You just scan your QR code and go. The attraction was cool on a hot day and just gorgeous.

Seeing the long line, I decided to buy the tickets by bypassing it because it was very hot. And while standing under a tree, I quickly bought the tickets:)

I think more could be done with the lighting effects. But it's still a very pleasant experience and a nice surprise for me in Istanbul.

The rather long tour, gives an insight into Istanbul, the different historical neighborhoods, the history and how quickly it is changing.

Such a surprise! We had a group of 12 and every single person loved this experience. It wasn't all that large an area but the changing lighting makes it beautiful.

They really made the most of the location and the circumstances! The mysterious lighting, the water features, the water dripping from the ceiling, the water under the entire site, and the way you move up and down—all of these added to the experience! It’s incomparably better than other paid attractions in the area. In terms of value for money, it’s acceptable.

Got there early. Was a queue for box office, and a queue for online tickets. We got in the online tickets queue and then a member of staff told us it was the queue for Turkish residents and told us to go to security. Security guard told us we needed to go and wait back in the online tickets queue. By which time we lost our place in a long queue And we saw multiple people experiencing the same issue. Staff eventually let us in via the guided tour entrance when they realised the chaos they were causing. Actual historical site was great. Getting in was painful

The place has been around for centuries. And maintained to a certain point. The place was clean and great pictures were taken there.

The cistern is really a marvel. It is worth the price paid. Very well preserved and maintained. At what time , too many people .... It would be interesting a "control" of number of people entering x hour / day . Apart from this , something worth seeing .
