The tour to the Hagia Sofia and Blue mosque and Bascillica Cistern were great. The Bosphorus ferry was a total mess.very disorganized and way too much walking. Why can't you limit the size of the group. The tour guide couldnt control such a large group. No one could hear him. No one knew they had to go to the online desk to get a cruise ticket. People were just running wildly to try to keep up with him. Very unruly. That's the reason we gave an average rating.

Kürzlich haben wir eine Tour zu einigen der berühmtesten Sehenswürdigkeiten Istanbuls unternommen, darunter die Hagia Sophia, die Blaue Moschee und die Cisterna Basilica. Leider war das Erlebnis insgesamt sehr enttäuschend, da weder Audioguides noch Kopfhörer zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. Wir waren eine große Gruppe und es war fast unmöglich, den Führer zu hören oder die Erklärungen zu verstehen. Die geschichtlichen und kulturellen Hintergründe, die diese Orte so faszinierend machen, gingen uns so völlig verloren. Ohne Audioguide oder Kopfhörer waren wir gezwungen, uns durch die Menge zu drängen und die Informationen selbst zu suchen, was den Besuch sehr stressig und unbefriedigend machte. Für ein so wichtiges touristisches Ziel hätten wir einen viel besseren Service erwartet. Insgesamt war die Tour absolut schlecht organisiert und wir würden sie unter den gegebenen Umständen nicht weiterempfehlen. Eine Investition in Audioguides und Kopfhörer wäre dringend erforderlich, um den Besuchern ein zufriedenstellendes und informatives Erlebnis zu bieten.

The 3 guides for Topkapi, Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet Mosque, Sunken Palace were excellent: there was helpful information and comments that are not in the guidebook and they were very helpful!

Everything was great!! The organization was perfect and all guides were super nice! The whole experience was super interesting thanks to the great tour guides and all the great stories they told us. It was definitely worth it.

The app to make reservations is excellent. There is always the concern if it is real and not a fraud. I can attest that it is real, it is not a fraud. They are very punctual according to the times indicated for each tour. There has never been any inconvenience. Two things need to be improved: They walk too fast forgetting that in the group there are older people who walk slower. And when they offer the tour, they explain almost nothing because they are in a hurry to leave. My tour at the Blue Mosque was about 30 minutes when it was supposed to be 90 minutes. The Hagia Sophia tour took about 15 minutes.

Everything was great, very well organized, the guides were fantastic... only one drawback, it's a pity that there are no guides who speak Spanish. 100% recommendable

In the information provided a wrong meeting point was mentioned. The guide in Aya Sofia, as opposed to the guide in Topkapi, didn't use headphones which made it difficult to follow what he was telling as it was very crowded.

The guides were fantastic and knew a lot of information. Very structured, understandable. We really enjoyed the tour with them and recommend it to many other travellers.

The courtesy and preparation of the operators Less satisfactory was the "skip the line" aspect: Maybe we had too many of them ... it was longer than the normal line.

So glad we booked Headout. We could turn up whenever it suited us over the 3 day period and could literally get on the next tour which was never long to wait. If the group was too big they split it and provided an extra guide. The Haghia Sophia and Topkapi Palace were such busy and confusing venues that we wouldn't have had a clue where to go without our guides. They were knowledgeable and we had pointed out hundreds of things with fascinating stories that we would have missed. Staff were really friendly and informative. Well done Headout!!

Hagia Sofia is an beautiful place. The sights and history of the place are breathtaking and overwhelming. I loved it.

The whole 2-day ticket system was great. We mostly appreciated the skipping of queues, the factual and interesting interpretation of the guide.

Simply amazing. It was one of our higlights in our first Turkey experience.

The cistern is truly impressive in its size and architecture. However, the ticket price is too expensive for the type of site. No queue with the ticket purchased online.

On the last weekend of August, the site was very crowded. Nevertheless, with the online ticket I got, I skipped the long line and could go straight in. It was spectacular, walking in a 2000 year old underground place of worship, walking over the pools of water.

It is very beautiful and worth watching of course, but the price us expensive based on the other world museum tickets. I expected something longer to visti. You could visit everything in 10-20 minutes.

We booked the entrance directly through their application to avoid the huge queues that were there for the visit if you went directly. And it was great, ...., arrive and enter. So we continue to use your application in other visits.
