Trip was good but there was a delay in emailing ticket to me.boat trip was 1.40 and ticket was only emailed at 2.20.it was the efficiency of the staff at the jetty which helped us at boarding
The boat ride was such a peaceful start to the day, with amazing views of Istanbul from the sea. We visited both Heybeliada and Buyukada each had its own charm. Our guide was informative and friendly, making everything smooth. The lunch at the island restaurant was delicious, and I appreciated the hassle-free hotel pickup and drop-off.
Good experience overall good service
transportation on time and everything as described
We bought a round trip ticket with the ferry to the prince's islands in Istanbul but we could only use the qr code on the way there because the ticket scanner said that the qr code had already been read when we tried to scan it again on the way back. We had to buy new tickets at the counter - in cash, thank God we had some with us - there was no way of validating the only qr code we had received two times. It felt like a scam, the whole experience let us panick a bit, we had to spend more money and we were delayed with our schedules. I didn't expect this company to neglect this kind of details which are fundamental for the whole customer journey. We were quite upset about this the whole day!
The place indicated in the information sheet is not the same as the place indicated on the ticket afterwards. As a result, I only managed to take the outward boat and the return boat.
This trip was soooooo worth it. The boat was crowded but vibes were good. Loved walking around without any cars. The guide was super helpful.
Went with my girlfriend. The boat was busy but not too bad. The island views were amazing, and we enjoyed lunch by the sea.
Fun trip with kids. The boat was crowded, but the guide made sure we were comfortable. The islands are lovely and safe for families.
Went with my husband. Boat was packed, but we got lucky with seats. Island had nice cafes but a bit pricey. Guide was helpful and friendly.
Went with my wife. First ferry was PACKED, barely found a seat, but once on the island, it’s so peaceful. We ended up skipping the group lunch and found a small seafood place instead. Pricey but fish was super fresh. Nice little escape.
We took our 6yo twins and they looooved the ferry ride! I was a bit nervous about crowds but it wasn’t too bad on a weekday. Maybe bring snacks, lunch was just ok for picky eaters. Rented a little cart on the second island, the kids thought it was hilarious. Staff helped us with stroller. Would recommend, but try to avoid weekends.
Trip was sooo fun! Boat was crowded but energy was good. Loved walking around the island and found a cooool little bakery.
Was a bit skeptical, but the day was lovely. Boat was full but not chaotic. Our guide was sweet and kept checking in. Bring sunscreen, I got a bit burnt! The island’s views were BEAUTIFUL.
Family trip! My kids had so much fun chasing stray cats and eating simit. The guide was soooo patient with all our questions. Lunch was simple but fresh. Boat was busy on the way back but not crazy. Would recommend for fams.
Nice escape from the city. Boat ride was a bit long, and not suuuper comfy, but once you’re on the islands, it’s totally different from the bustle of Istanbul. We cycled a bit, had some fish by the water (expensive, but tasty). Would suggest bringing water bottle, prices on the islands are high.
Pretty good day trip. The ferry left on time, which was impressive. Wasn’t a fan of the set lunch (kinda bland), but the islands themselves are worth seeing. Just be ready for crowds if you go on the weekend.
Went with my girlfriend. The ferry was clean and the guide was super helpful. We loved cycling around and stopping at random cafes. The views are STUNNING.
Took this trip with my boyfriend and honestly, we both LOVED it! The ferry was busy but we grabbed seats on the top deck (bring a light jacket—windy up there!). Our guide, Murat, was super chill, pointed out random stuff I’d never notice. The islands themselves are peaceful, no cars buzzing around, and had the best pistachio baklava at some tiny bakery on the second stop. We rented bikes, but the gears were kinda wonky, so check before you pedal off! The lunch was decent, nothing fancy but filled us up. Would do it again for sure.
Went with friends, had a great time. The guide was funny and kept us entertained. The islands are beautiful, and the boat ride was enjoyable.
Pretty solid day out. Boat was busy but not crazy. The guide was friendly, and the islands are nice for a walk. A bit touristy but I liked it.
Highlight of my trip! The ferry ride was smooth, and the guide kept us entertained with fun facts. We had some EPIC baklava on the island and wandered off the main drag to find quiet spots. Highly recommend exploring beyond the group.
The islands were GORGEOUS! The ferry ride was fun, and our guide was knowledgeable. Had great coffee by the water. Highly recommend.

Fantastic day trip! The guide kept us on track and shared fun stories. The islands are peaceful, and we enjoyed exploring on our own.
Loved it! Boat was busy but the atmosphere was fun. The islands are beautiful and lunch was surprisingly good. Will bring friends next time.
This was a highlight of my Istanbul trip! The boat ride was chill, staff gave us tea, and the guide shared cool island stories. Biked around, found a tiny bookstore, and sat by the sea for an hour. I’d totally do this again, maybe even stay overnight next time.
We had a nice day out with friends. The ferry ride was loooong but the guide kept us updated on timings. The islands are peaceful and the food was tasty. Watch out for seagulls if you eat outside!
Loved it! Had a super fun day with friends. The ferry was busy but manageable. The islands are BEAUTIFUL and worth the trip.
We had a RELAXING time. The boat ride out was breezy and sunny, and our guide, Elif, was sooooo knowledgeable. Loved the horse-free streets—makes a difference. Rented bikes and explored hidden alleys. Would totally do again.
Took my parents, and they loved it! Our guide managed the group well and told us little stories about the old mansions. Sun was shining, everyone was in a good mood. Best part: pistachio ice cream at the end, so good!

Kind staff, nice tour, but on the way back after disembarking the boat, the transfer to the hotel was very bad because we had to walk a long way to the vans that were parked in front of a leather clothing store/factory and we still had to wait a long time to get out because they wanted to sell us jackets, coats and the like...
What a scam!! I don't even know where to start. Don't waste your money and book this tour! The boat was absolutely packed and even though there were children and elderly on board, the staff decided to turn it into a party boat. It was a 10 am start and two guys, who wanted to try DJing blasted out music so loud, that you were not able to have a conversation with the person next to you. The first two islands were a waste of time, as there was nothing really to do or see. Just the last island was worth a trip, but get on the ferry yourself and spend a nice couple of hours there. The food was generalised, even though I'm a vegetarian and do have health related dietary requirements, it was rice, topped with some chicken, pasta and a salad. Everyone just got the same, no questions asked. As well as every table just got two bottles of Coca Cola, even though half of our table didn't drink that. For everything else you might want on the trip, you have to pay. What a waste of money and time!
The "English-speaking" tour guide was not understandable. The audio was broken or blown, and there were constant technical problems. The food was not good. The desert was stale. I didn't like paying $4.39 USD for a can of Coke. The hustle at the end was disconcerting: making a shipload of patrons walk briskly across a busy highway and then weaving up a narrow car-filled sidewalk for several hundred meters in high heat and humidity. While okay to me as a young person, it was unsafe for older people. And all that to hustle us into "buying" leather goods, etc? Hurrying people away from their tables when they finished lunch. They changed our tablecloth while a table of six was still seated. I get there is a language barrier, but given that this is the tourism industry--couldn't someone have communicated? Instead, I would have paid more for quality; this was inferior throughout. Walking on the islands was enjoyable. The boat ride itself is quite lovely. The photographer was fun.
Very good experience. The tour guides and other staff were very helpful, kind, hospitable and informative that made the trip more interesting. Would highly recommend.
The overall experience of being able to visit the islands was good. But the food was not good at all.... No one could understand what the English speaking guide was talking
First, it's a scam, don't buy any your guide to the princesses and do it yourself, way cheaper and better. Below details: * pic and story tells you about princesses and an island with horses and no cars. This has been banned for tourist to visit. * food quality is very low * no soft drinks offered, you need to buy * you don't hear anything from the guide because they use a low quality speaker for a big boat, and you don't hear anything at all.

This was the most painless and value for money tour I have come across in a while! I booked online and paid for the trip the afternoon prior to the trip, and within a few minutes of payment I received confirmation of the booking from headout. About an hour later I received communication from All Tours Istanbul regarding the details of the pickup shuttle. I was most impressed by the promptness of everything. Our party of 6 was ready at 7:45am as per the email requested, by 8am the bus driver was outside the hotel and came into the lobby to fetch us. There were other stops for other tour passengers along the way which took another hour and a half but we didn't mind at all as we got to see more of the city during the drive. We eventually reached the boat and were welcomed onboard and seated. Everyone on the boat and from All tours were professional, friendly and helpful. The cruise was enjoyable with drinks and snacks available (albeit expensive) . We docked at Heybeliada and had one hour to look around. The weather was perfect and we loved everything. We got back on to the boat to go across to buyukada and were immediately seated for a lovely lunch (we all enjoyed it). At buyukada we had around 2.5 hours on the island to take in the sights, enjoy the offerings and even smoke some Shisha. We boarded the boat at 3:30pm and promptly departed for the mainland. Once again the All Tours Istanbul staff were very organized, and grouped us by hotel and put us in our respective busses. We were dropped off at our hotel around 6:30pm. I would definitely recommend this, but have to state that the tours are executed by All Tours Istanbul and they did a fantastic job.
We loved the smooth journey , the views , however the quality of the meal was below average. Our tour guides did not give us enough time on the island. The rest of everything was fine.
The transfer was very long. We had to go to a different hotel and wait a long time for the transfer bus. The transfer bus went on a long detour to other hotels. If we had known, we would have made our own way there or got a taxi. We were supposed to arrive in time to leave at 9.30. The boat did not leave until 10.30. There was only one hour at the first island and two hours at the second. It was not enough time to go anywhere on the island because we were concerned about getting back to the boat in time. It was too much money to rent a bike for such a short time and it was too hilly to explore by bike (especially in such a short time). The experience was supposed to include a guided tour. There was no guided tour of the island and the little information that was given on the boat was limited and difficult to understand. A very average lunch was served on the boat where we were squashed in with all the other passengers canteen style. It would have been a better idea to have lunch on the island- at least there would be something to do there in the limited time available. I'm sure that the trip information described us returning at about 6pm and that the trip would last all day. Instead we left at about 3pm.
loved the tour, but hated the way you trapped us into going to the leather store/fashion store before we were able to catch our transport back to the hotel
